Find out what’s actually broken first
Most things fail for a reason nobody bothered to ask about. I like to ask.
Build for real people
People have bad days, busy weeks and other things to do. Good tools cope with all three.
Ship the small version
Then see what happens. Big plans are lovely, but finished things are better.

- AI builds the most common version of what you ask for
AI is good at producing the average of every existing solution. The skill that matters is figuring out what's actually wrong before you start building.
